EIG Landman Privacy Policy
This policy covers EIG Landman, the Landman Chrome extension, our product site, and customer communications. It does not sell personal data and does not use it for targeted advertising.
Who this covers
Customer users (people who sign in to Landman). Record subjects (people whose names appear in public records a customer retrieves, or who receive outreach a customer sends).
What we collect
Account data (name, work email, phone, employer, role). Workflow data the user creates. Voice audio and transcripts when voice is used. Extension data when the user directs the extension at a page. Usage and device diagnostics.
How we use it
To provide, secure, and support the service. To route voice to the configured AI providers. To bill and enforce agreements. We do not train models offered to other customers on your data without written opt-in.
Sharing
With sub-processors that host or process data for us (cloud infrastructure, AI providers, email). With the customer organization that owns the workspace. For legal process. Not with advertisers or data brokers.
Rights
Email [email protected] with subject Privacy Request to access, correct, delete, or export data we hold, or to opt out of contact. Texas, California, and other state rights apply as described in the full policy packet.
